We are the champions, my friends
And we'll keep on fighting - till the end
We are the champions
We are the champions
No time for losers
Cause we are the champions - of the world
Good morning!
Yeah, we did it, congrats to everybody! If we made this month we can do another one, so see you in may challange.
I am so happy, this was my first time, that i was whole month 100% raw. I wont weight myself because i feel that i didnt lose so many pounds, and it would be bad for my motivation.
I wish everbody great day!

I don't think I every really believed that I could do this. I am so happy and proud of myself. I am thinner than I have been in 16 years. Can't believe that I actually feel thin in a size 18-20 at 211 pounds but, my high weight was 274 and I am starting to see muscles I haven't seen in years. I have lost 36 pounds since I first started on March 8th. I'll def. be stepping on the scale regularly but, I still have about 70 pounds to lose so watching it go down helps me to keep going and if it stops going down it helps me to tweak my program.
Thanks for all the encouragement I got when reading your updates. I am definitely in for May. I hope to see all of you there as well!

Oh and I wanted to write this somewhere so I can stop counting all the way back to March 8th. I am 53 days into my 90 day raw challenge and 39 days at 100% raw.
hey All :)
Just wanted to say "congrats" to everyone who participated in the challenge. I was only able to be raw for 19 days this challenge, but have renewed my efforts and am excited for the upcoming month. I might not be posting as much, but I'll be doing it along side you.
cheers to my raw family!

Okay, so I didn't manage to do the whole month raw, but MAY is my month! I am AMAZED at ALL who have been participating in this challenge, you have been an inspiration to me. I still cannot believe that I fell off the wagon and got back on, not just within the same month but within the same WEEK! Wow! That's a first!
Right, here goes for today...
Brekkie - strawberry, passion fruit, banana, grape, greens and hemp oil smoothie
Snack - raw chocolate
Lunch - a huge pile of lettuce, a few baby plum toms and some macadamias with himalayan pink salt
Snack - banana and a few strawberries
Dinner - raw bar and some juice (beetroot, lemon, greens, apples, carrots)

Congrats to all of you who were 100% raw for the month! Keep it up!! I jumped in half-way through, so May will be my first 100% month in a while!
B1: 3 bananas w/ cacao powder
w/o: 5.5 mile run, dog walk
B2: another banana, GS w/ the usual- 2 bananas, kale, mango, strawberries, water
S: packed 2 apples for work and will pick up either fresh oj or bananas or both...I ate a lot this morning though so I'm not as hungry as usual
D: non-sweet fruit salad w/ tomato and cucumbers, and another GS!
I'm going to Long Island for the marathon tomorrow (it's on Sunday but my family is coming so we're staying overnight). I may not be back to post til Sunday night so have a great weekend!!

Hey, congrats everybody!!
It's been a good month and definitely my longest stretch raw ever... 36 days - I can hardly believe it. Another 4 and it gets biblical. Definitely owe that to the support and inspiration of this group.
I'm in for May.
Been subsisting on bananas and o.j. thus far today. For an early dinner I'm making some enchiladas with a raspberry mole sauce stuffed with plantains and wilted spinach. Kind of a raw take on my favorite dish at this mexican restaurant in the city. We'll see how it goes. I haven't liked the mole sauce at any of the raw restaurants I've been too but hopefully I can create something I like in the blender.
Cheers.

Congratulations to everyone! I'm still avoiding the green smoothies for some reason in favor of salsa and desserty things, so I'm starting May with a green smoothie feast so I will have to eat them! Hahaha! Well then I will remember how good they are and want them all the time again. Whether it's a day long feast or a week doesn't matter, just gotta kick start those green smoothies again.

I've been doing this challenge for nearly a year and this is the biggest group I have seen to finish. We usually have a bunch to start and only 5 or even less are posting by the end. Good job everyone!
B: Green smoothie. Power is back on today so I had a banana peach spinach smoothie, so great.
L: Almonds
S: tomato napoleons with basil cheese from Rawmazing. I freaked when my husband put some of the basil cheese on his BURGER! His defense was that he put it on his TOMATO (which was on the burger! lol)
