Hello Everyone! I'm fairly new here, and this is my first post. :)
Moving on, i'm curious if anyone of you guys eat/use salad dressing(s), and if so, which kinds/brands and for what kind(s) of salads?

I don't use brands, but I make my own. The easiest one and my favorite is simply massaging an avocado into a head of kale with some sea salt/herbs/spices. :) Other basic ones are mixing oil w/ vinegar or lemon/lime juice, or simply just massaging your salad in the oil like an avocado.

Some people make creamy, nut-based dressings, but I'm too lazy to make an actual recipe usually. :P Guacamole is amazing as a dressing. I bet just about any pate could also be used as a dressing, maybe with some liquid added to make it more fluid if necessary.

I made a salad dressing yesterday that was super yummy - I blended up half an avocado, some olive oil, garlic, salt and a little bit of water. I'd highly recommend it :)

I have found with raw that the more flavorful the ingredients in the salad, the less of a flavorful dressing you need. Nowadays I usually stick with raw olive oil (bariani) with kelp granules and cayenne. Or just avocado. There are many very simple dressings you can make with oil, avocado, vinegar or citrus as the base. Using fresh garlic/herbs add any kick to it you may need.
