MSM Headache - can you relate?

I have been having headaches lately for the first time in a very long time. I started taking MSM 6 weeks or so ago, taking 3 capsules (about a teaspoon).

This is the only thing that has changed in my life, diet, routine, etc.

Could it be related to MSM?

Can anyone share any wisdom or experience?

I take a tablespoon of straight organic MSM powder in water each day and the only side effect I have had is younger looking skin...Ü...

MSM does detox the liver, so it may be that you are experiencing some detox. There is a post on this site somewhere where it caused severe insomnia in one person.

I would cut back to 2 capsules a day and see how you feel.

yes, many people that take msm get headaches and drink a lot of water which is said to help

I take msm and never experienced the headaches but its normal when taking it :)
