I got to talking to a woman in the natural food store who lives about an hour away...a complete stranger...and we started swapping some favorite recipes, etc. She told me of a Karen Templer (?) from Toronto who has a Quinoa Bread. I evidently don't have the right name as I can not find a blog by this person. Do you know who she is talking about?
