I have suffered from pollen allergy since I was 13 (now I'm 30). I'm mostly allergic to grass and some trees, which I don't know the english words for :)
I have to take medicine from May to September.
Please tell me if you have experience with curing allergies with raw food.
Thank you :)

I know that Ani Pho was cured of hers. She has been raw for years. Mine seem to be better than last year. I can't say they are all gone but, I am not have many reactions and I take nothing. I am hoping that eventually they will all be gone.

I eliminated allergies by eliminating wheat and dairy alone. Go raw and totally support your immune system.

I started to have allergies when i went raw in 2007, lol.... I am one of the rare case. I did research and i found out that there are food that trigger more certain allergies because of the similarity to pollen. I didn't have the courage yet to do a liver cleanse. I heard that many have ceased to have allergy after doing a cleanse. Dairy is a major cause to allergies. For me, when i went raw vegan, i had a lot of skin problem that went away.
This year, i intend to beat it, i didn't give up on raw food because it did so much greatness to me. I had chronic fatigue now i have energy.
Just do research on food that trigger more allergy for certain season and just be careful with this, but i bet once you will restore the balance in your body, you will be able to eat anything.
I notice that my health is better since i let go the fake raw agave i was using. I didn't know it was like a corn syrup. You need to make sure it is clear like water and pure.
Best wishes, i heard so many stories that people did cure their allergies. Raw food is without question a great direction.

Thanks for your replies :)
Raw angel mom: I don't have any food allergy at all. Only from all the pollen flying around in the air from may to Sepetember :(
I'm a real outdoor person, so this allergy is quit a limitation for me..
