Garlic and Herb Cheese at Grezzo???

Does anyone know how to make the garlic and herb cheese that they serve at Grezzo? I know I can order it but my bank account has suggested that I try making it instead. I went to Grezzo for the first time last Saturday and got a half pint of it that my husband and I devoured the next day. I can't believe I didn't get a whole pint!!!
