Well, that didn't work!! lol... he made it look so easy on the video, I froze the coconut for a half an hour, then opened it how he showed... no such luck, time to get out my bent knives!!

~maybe the next one will work!

Hmmmm. I haven't tried it yet. Maybe leave the coconut in a little longer? Maybe his freezer is industrial....LOL
