Good morning Polona, happy day 25 to you! It is day 10 for me, but I am so grateful for this board and for the committment I've made to keep up with it this time. That's always been a struggle for me but I'm finding it helpful to stay raw, knowing I'll be reporting in at the end of the day :)
Doing well, only having vague cooked cravings and when I picture actually eating the food and the feeling afterwards, I remember how much less satisfying the taste and feeling is than raw foods. And how much more it gives the impulse to eat quickly, the heavy feeling and the cravings for more food.

Kylarei- The Key Lime Sorbet is really, really good!!! I took 3 Avocados, the juice of 2 limes, and about 1/4 cup honey. Put in the food processor, and blended till smooth. Pour into container, and freeze.
I ate too much of it last night, and my tummy didn't like me :( I have Gastroparesis, and I don't digest fats (and many other foods) very well. But, I was so stinkin' hungry last night, and I couldn't get satisfied.
It's the week before PMS, and my cravings and hunger always get the best of me. But hey, at least it was raw ;)
I'll be back to post my day....

donnyandcathy - wait, is the green stuff in your picture actually the sorbet? :)
I'm definitely gonna make it sometime. Still have lots of raw cheesecake and chocolate pudding to finish and lemon pie to make.

Hey ladies...
I am feeling rough too..I don't know if I am detoxing..70 some days into 100% raw, if I have a coild coming on or if the pollen is finally getting to me..either way my throat is sore and I have drainage galore going on...ugggh.
B-I am almost embarrased to say this..but almost a whole honeydew melon..and a banana
S-apple
L-italian coleslaw, slice avocado wrapped up in collard leaves..and then a whole box of prunes..oops..but they were so good.
D-Huge greek salad, big bowl of blueberries..
Dessert-bananas..
I must be trying to put some of my weight back on..I am eating so much..
I have lost right over 17 lbs in 2 months..I am 6' tall and weigh less then 135 lbs..starting to look scary thin..or so my mother says..but I like it..and usually I feel like a million bucks...

Hello, everyone. Basenjimama, we can do some trading. I have never been scary thin, or even thin, in my life. Even as I child, I was never fat but I was "sturdy." Anyway, I had a great raw day.
B: Green smoothie of banana, strawberry, spinach.
Snack: Dates and almonds (and a cup of coffee...a very rare treat for me, but it was "one of those days" at work, and it hit the spot)
L: carrots and dip and the last of my cheezy tomato soup.
S: An amazing raw meal of enchiladas and blissful blueberry cheesecake. Oh it was so yummy.
Tomorrow I am going to do a green smoothie fast for a few days, hopefully 5.

Started yesterday with a couple of bananas and then had some guac and corn chips.
The Husband and I had bought a half pint of Grezzo's garlic and herb cheese the night before but I hadn't tasted it yet (it comes frozen so it needed to defrost) and once I did that tub was history! We polished it off in the car home from RI with some cheesy quackers from One Lucky Duck. I have got to learn how to make it. It was amazing.
We made a green smoothie for the ride as well but it was kind of gross. I've had this experience a couple times when I buy greens that are not organic - it comes out with a seriously spicy? bite. This was with collard greens but I think it's also happened with Kale. Anyway, the bite made it almost undrinkable and we were worried it was cause of pesticides that it tasted so bad (despite washing the greens) so we didn't drink much of it.
Had some strawberries as well - also conventionally grown and not great.
Oh, and the cheesecake from Grezzo the night before as well. It was pretty good. The sorbet that came with it had melted though so it was a little soupy and made the crust a bit soggy.
We stopped at Whole Foods in CT on the way home to do our shop for the week. I'm getting better at this whole meal planning thing. Seems like a lot of you just get by on fruit and smoothies and salads. Maybe it's psychological but I think I'd be gnawing on my desk if I didn't have more than that :)

Oops I'm a bit behind here. I had some fresh lemonade, banana and raw chocolate pudding, pico de gallo, and then tons of good salads and raw pizza and things at a raw potluck!
