Does anybody have, or have heard of, a raw recipe that is cheetoh-like? I adore them..really not into junk food - but put me near those and my hand is only out of the bag to put these things in my mouth. I think it would be a hoot to be able to make my own raw ones. :)

Ok, so a little depressing that not even one person responded to my post. Guess that means nobody knows of anything raw resembling a cheetoh. :(

...that's kind of a big request. cheetohs would be very difficult to make raw. some things you just have to give up.
eat some carrots, those look like cheetohs...

maybe something coated in nutritional yeast? raw cauliflower in with nutritional yeast, olive oil and salt, in bite sized pieces is ok... def not an exact replica, but...
hmm. pricey, but ya know those freeze dried veggies they sell in the clear containers called "just peas" or "just corn".../? i bet the corn ones with olive oil, salt and nutritioanl yeast is as close as yer gonna get ;p

Not real close but maybe a start. Check out the Cheeze-Its (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=57985) thread. You won't have the puffs or orange fingers but definitely cheezy and may satisfy the craving.

You know, with a dehydrator, cheeze sauce and some veggies (sweet potato or other veggie slices -- or other shapes) you could come up with some interesting snacks. Just add a bag. :D
