Hi Folks,
Just joined the forum, so thought I would introduce myself.
I am a web developer in Eastern Canada, father to 2 grown children, grandfather to a delightful little girl, and a have a new awesome relationship with a beautiful and caring lady.
I was introduced to the raw food "diet" when I purchased Yuri Elkaim's PDF "Eating For Energy". The first recipe we tried was Zucchini Fettucini with Marinara sauce. We were immediately hooked. We were already moving away from dairy and meat, so going raw was not a huge jump for us.
Since then I have been devouring (pardon the pun) books by Matt Amsden, Matthew Kenny, Sarma Melngailas and of course David Wolfe.
Every time we create a meal, I am amazed by the texture and the mixture of tastes. Everything is just so good.
Looking forward to meeting many new friends here.
Now, what do to with all my pots and frying pans .....
