Dehydrated crackers

I am dehydrating crackers, but does not like the consistency after a day or so they get "soft". How should I store them? am I not drying them long enough?

Make sure they are thin enough and I always store my dehydrated goodies in the refrigerator. It keeps them crispy and crunchy!

I store mine in glass jars in the fridge. Plastic makes them lose their crispness.

I store my flax crackers and sesame bars in glass jars on the countertop. They all get eaten in about 3-5 days. They do stay nice and crunchy tho.
