Italy is retro and based on old cooked traditions especially of animal meat and i don't have found friends nor raw nor cooked-vegan in my area and i don't like the omnivorous society that has no things to give me.
So i'm so sad and lonely because "my strange diet preferences".
I want to start resurrect my true body.

How hard have you looked? I used to think that no-one in this little swedish town ate the way I do, but then I started looking around and found that there were plenty.
However, just because you eat the same way doesn't mean that you'll automatically like each other. ;)

Wll you've come to the right place!

There are many people who come from places where there are no others like them.

That's what the internets are for! You'll find heaps of inspiration here!

post in some of the cafes, take food with you and when others ask explain you eat 'fresh-uncooked produce'. That's how explain it then, move into the raw discussion. I'm not 100% so, they may see me eating something occ. This will open up to them, others they know. I found 4 veggies at our co op... I had no idea! Now, one is addicted to a pot of coffee per day and sugar so she's an unhealthy veggie. People think it's good be she's so thin but she has withdrawals every am.
As they notice you, give more info.

In Italy we don't have rawfood-teachers like alissa and the society don't like vegans.

In Italy we don't have rawfood-teachers like alissa and the society don't like vegans.

It seems to me that all you see is problems. Why not embrace the positive things instead?

You can sit there and tell yourself that you are lonely over and over again and you will be just that.
I bet that there are several vegans or even raw foodist near you. It's just that most of them don't walk around with t-shirts stating what they eat, so how would you know?

I was also alone in raw foods when I started out, but along the way I've connected with quite a lot of like minded people.
And it's especially easy to find people who share a specific interest on the internet. In fact, it took me a couple of seconds to find an italian raw food group on the net with a quick google search.

Quit the negativity. Those thoughts won't get you far on the path to health.
