Okay, so I'm gonna stick with the tbsp hemp oil in my morning smoothie, but that's my only concession...the rest is fruit and smoothies!
Brekkie - passion fruit, 1tsp supergreens, 1 tbsp hemp oil, strawberries, banana
Snack - kale, spinach, little gem lettuce, banana, date smoothie
Lunch - 1/2 avo, cherry toms, 1/2 red pepper and chilli olives
Snack - banana and strawberry smoothie and some grapes, dates and clementines
Dinner - 1/2 avo, cherry toms, 1/2 red pepper and chilli olives
Another great day! Yay to us all!

I am pleased with how I have done in these first two weeks. ...Not perfect--I did make some conscious choices to eat some non-raw snacks, esp. during PMS--but I'd say I've been at least 95% so far, and that's an 'A' in my book.
Being able to be accountable everyday on this board has been essential. ...Glad so many are on board this month. Thanks everyone.
B: Smoothie: Spinach, banana, pineapple, strawberry, coconut oil, coconut flakes.
S: handful cashews
L: Salad: mixed greens, avo, red onion, apple, o/v

Good morning!
Back in the city and am in the office with nothing to eat here :*(
I got two coconuts after yoga this morning (there is a little asian market a block away from where I practice and they even open them for you!) and drank them both. Been scraping the meat out of one with the straw and noshing on that.
I'm pretty hungry. I'm debating jumping on the train and heading up to Bonobo's (little takeout/fast-raw-food place - I'm spoiled I know!) for lunch - I want one of their soups. Or maybe I'll just go see what they have at the fruitstand downstairs and try to get through the day that way. Or maybe a salad. For a raw foodist I really don't eat a lot of salad.
Happy tax day people. And day 15 of the challenge. And day 21 for me! Three weeks. This is my second longest ever.
The Husband and I almost caved for a coffee on Tuesday but we didn't. I do miss the comfort factor of the smell and ritual of a cup of coffee. We've both been drinking green tea a bit but it's not the same.

Today:
B: smoothie dandelion+bananas
S: 6 oranges-juice
L: 6 bananas
S: an apple
D: pineapple
I wish everybody raw day 16!
Hey Good People,
Day 15, woo hooooo! I'm going to the market today to get some yummy goodies. I was just thinking how much I LOVE green onions. Man, that and cliantro. I don't know what I'd do without them! I made some cole slaw and more of my own version of Storm's tabouli and both of these dishes didn't do anything for me, *GULP...so today I've had a spirulina sesame bar, some peas/carrots and that's it!
Gotta go to the market today as I have a jam packed weekend starting tomorrow so I must be prepared. Pimp Foods here I come then on to the mom and pop health store that I love so much. Too bad I can't give them all of my money vs. WF's.
I am literally fiending for some juicy fruits. *itching.... haha!
More than enjoy your day! :D

Still going strong except that I am still having a terrible yeast infection and now I think bladder infection. I had some green smoothy for breakfast, salad for lunch and recently a banana. Had to try something so gave in and had some pure 100% cranberry juice which wasn't raw but, it won't make me want to go back to cooked foods. It was awful! I don't really have an appetite right now. I am just trying to down lots of water.
Any recommendations on how to tackle these infections? I may end up at the doc by tomorrow if I am not any better.

Hi all..
Today was a busy day, lots of things to do with my mother in town.
B-green smoothie
s-fruit
L-Salad
S-bar from Two mom's in the raw..tasted like ....vomit..but I still ate it..bad right?
D-1/2 pizza crust with Almond feta cheese, spinach, sprouts and tomatoes..
Strawberries, blueberries and pecans
Hi everyone
Busy day here too.
Didn't eat that much today, just finishing off late-night green smoothie. Then I'm gonna climb into bed. Not the best thing to do, but I was hungry!
Today I ate two fresh red peppers stuffed with the remainder of the Better Than Beef. I was going to dehydrate it but I didn't want to wait, plus I prefer fresh vs. dehydrated anyway.
Followed that up with the same cacao shake I'd made the day before.
That's it. My allergies were really bad today. Ugh.

Hi y'all (whoa, I've been an Oregonian all my life, don't ask me why I'm thinking in a southern accent right now!)
I'm joining up mid-month cuz that's when I happened to feel ready to go raw! So here I go! Planning on a HUGE fruit salad in the AM (pineapple, strawberry, banana, plum, maybe I'll add some young coconut), some celery and nut butter, a green smoothie if I have time to make it, otherwise a salad out somewhere.
Hi rawbies! Do you mind another challenger? I've done quite a few of these and have been eating high raw for a while, and now that the weather is warmer I am ready to go all raw again. I'm hoping that eating all raw throughout the spring/summer will make it easier to stay raw all winter, since this past winter was pretty challenging! I'm a CA transplant living in NYC and um...this was a lot easier in CA! LOL.
Anyway my plan for the day- I've only had breakfast so far though:
B: 2.5 bananas
w/o: 5 mile run...tapering for my marathon on May 2!
S: lara bar (do you guys count these as raw? I know they're not completely raw but they've always worked really well for me)
w/o: 1 hour hot power vinyasa yoga aka the highlight of my day
S: grocery shopping- will probably pick up a mango/strawberry fruit salad to munch
Late L: green smoothie w/ banana, kale, frozen mangoes & strawberries & water
D: huuuge salad w/ baby greens, carrots, red pepper, tomato, half an avocado & raw ACV
S: banana w/ raw cacao powder
I'm also making raw zucchini hummus today to eat for dinners on some nights!! Soo much better than the processed store-bought stuff!
Have a great day!

Welcome, of course we don't mind! I'd imagine it is easier in CA. Why did you move to NY? (laughing) Lara bars aren't 100% raw, some people that are raw eat them and some don't want anything to do with them. Personally, I find them to be a clean food bar, and if I'm in a bind or I need something to chew on quick I eat them. I like 'em 'cause they don't have any fillers and they taste good. That's my spiel!
