Hi Everyone -
First time poster long time watcher! I'm currently on day 3 of a 7 day fast. In researching breaking the fast, I see people recommend a lot of different ways to break the fast. I’ve read everything from only eating fruit for a couple of days, vegetable and/or fruit juicing, some fruit and small salad. I’ve looked through the threads on here and couldn’t find much detail on breaking the fast. What types of fruits should I eat when coming off the fast? For how long do I need to eat fruit only and how soon can I start back on a regular raw food diet? After the fast, I want to avoid eating fruits that are high in sugar content, nuts and raw desserts and eat mostly vegetables and a little bit of seeds. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
