This is great when you get berries that aren't very sweet & enjoyable to eat alone. No one regardless of whether they're raw should be eating the junk in the stores when you can make something as delicious, healthy and simple as this. Takes only a couple of minutes.

Yogurt:
Banana
4-6 Strawberries
Handful Blueberries
Blend low leaving bit chunky.

Can experiment with a variety of fruits. The banana gives it a good yogurt base and adds sweetness without having to use agave or honey (unless you want to).

Good idea and it's quick too.I use mangoes as a thickener(base) whenever I blend fruit.

What a good idea because we've bought 4 containers of strawberries that were oooooo-sour! *Ü*

I love mangos. It's great in recipes, though I love them so much on their own I can never spare any when I have them.

You can even mash up & mix something like this when in a hurry or without a blender. Dates would work well too. So many options. I've been making many fruit puddings & this is just another great option.
