Simple, if her hair grows it will touch the rest of her nerve damaged face. I'm absolutely sure she'd want to look like she was in the before picture again.

I don't understand how she can do cardio, if she can't have air blowing on her face or temperature changes. And she sure talked a lot for someone who said it hurt to do so.

I think it's healthy to be a little cynical and questioning. Actually, some of the same questions popped into my mind. Also, she could let her hair grow a little and it still wouldn't touch her face etc. And it was a little showy of her to be using her feeding tube while filming. she didn't specifically show us to teach us about it....

Nevertheless, I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt.
