Hello Raw Friends,
This raw journey has taken me into learning about colonics. I just had my second in a series of four.
Does anyone have or have used a colema board?
Any thoughts on this? They seem kind of akward to use, but would be less expensive than regular colonics.

The Colema Board lays on the toilet seat and the chair. The 15ltr bucket is filled with distilled or purified water and is placed on the bathroom counter above the toilet seat. The tip is inserted into the rectum prior to water flow. Water flows from the bucket to the board by starting a siphoning process. Water then flows through the tubing into the back of the board and into the tip.* Water enters and fills the colon and is expelled along with waste material through the colon's natural peristaltic motion.

I hope this is the answer you were looking for.

I have used the colema board earlier and for me it was difficult to set up. Just a tip, when the water has to go in the upward direction at any point through the tube, it will not work. Another thing I found to be difficult was getting the tip in. I have never done a colonic or an enema and I felt violated. I used like 2 cups of olive oil.

Yes it can be tough to set up. My husband is a whiz at that sort of thing.
LOL he felt violated too!!
We did the colema board with a cleanse/fast for a week.
It was very beneficial!
