I have just been diagnosed as having many degenerated disks, TMJ both sides and pinched nerves and was offered very strong pain meds. I declined the offer. I use a tens unit, inversion, chiropractic, heat, massage. Anyone experienced a cure from raw foods and or know of anything that helps or cures this?

I have found that "The semi supine" position from The Alaxander Technique was an amazing help.
Prior to starting that I had been given huge amounts of exercised by physiotherapists and they never worked for me.
The Alaxander technique fixed my problems.
I still have to do it but only very occasionally.
I was diagnosed with TMJ many years ago and even had my jawbone relocated but it did not help relieve the pain. This did fixed it completely.

Hi, I work with people who have degenerated disks every day.
Find a chiropractor in your area with a Spinal Decompression machine, this will actually help the degeneration and pinched nerves, no other treatment will heal the disk causing these problems. Chiropractic care can help the TMJ.

Although I've yet to apply it personally (on my to do list though), I understand these movements are very useful in enabling us to recapture our intuitive way of motion, the absence of is a direct causative in nearly all muscle-skeletal maladies.

I exhort you to google +danger +spinal +decompression and read carefully as it's rather cumbersome to condense everything here. I will at some at juncture address this in my upcoming blog. Suffice it to say now that any apparent relief you get from this procedure is fleeting and potentially harmful.
BTW, I'm not "dissing" ALL physiotherapists or chiropractors here as there are a few good ones.

I've worked with spinal decompression every day for the past two years. I've seen a lot of success and a lot of healing of the disc itself. I've seen x-rays and MRIs showing an actual improvement of the disc. It truly is the only treatment out there that targets the specific disc and heals it by allowing it to rehydrate and take pressure off of nearby nerves . Chiropractic alone doesn't even help it because it is a disc related issue. Traction won't help. Acupuncture and massage only mask the symptoms, and won't fix the issue. That disc needs to be re-hydrated and the only way to do it is with decompression. It creates a vacuum around the disc with negative pressure, very lightly, and allows the disc to get re-hydrated.
The only thing you've got to lose with the decompression is that it won't work. But in my office alone we have a very high success rate and it is rare when a person doesn't leave without some relief.
