That's probably my main hurdle. I miss the activity of eating and the experience of taste, but not so much being full and satisfied.

i can't answer this one for ya... fasting never gets boring for me. i get into a 'zone' and it's soooo amazing. spiritually i find myself experiencing things i don't otherwise experience. i get so much done with all the energy i have (esp on extended fasts) and my body loves the time i'm gifting it to heal.
so boring isn't a word i'd ever use for fasting...

Thanks Aleesha. I guess I'm at a loss for what my motivation is. I think I just wanted to stop the world from spinning around in my head. Not so much for health reasons. And I have been more spiritually aware. I was led to fast—but since I'm new to this, I'm only doing short fasts.
CathyA., just a water fast. Distilled, tastless water. Maybe the coating on my tongue makes it even worse. Detox, baby!

Then the answer would be - do a juice fast! Not boring at all -so many juice combinations are possible.

I might do a green-juice fast…but I haven't really researched much into it.

If a juice fast gets boring you could make ice pops from juice.

I found out fast that making a gallon of the same juice for a feast bored me, so now I line up lots of smaller jars, or 4 quart jars, and I get up early and make fun combos. Half the time I am so creative, I cannot remember what I am drinking when I have it later at work. :)

Generally most of them think three meals are essential per day. But someone gets more than three meals per day, it depending on person to person. But someone get below three meals per day. My view is two meals are enough per day but its must be diet meals with nutrition, protein, minerals & important acids. If you’re suffering some diseases cannot accept fasting (ex. Gastritis) .It may be harmful your body and fitness.

What about freezing some and making it more like shredded ice/ shaved ice with some lemon?
