help with raw tahini

I can't seem to find a recipe on how to make your own tahini. I have posted this on another board and no one responded to me. I really don't like the tasted of the tahini in the store and would love to try to make it fresh for myself. There are so many recipes that call for it and I would like to make them. Alternatively I would like to know if anyone has a good suggestion for a substitute for tahini?

My friend grinds sesame seeds in his green star juicer (a really powerful twin-gear juicer). You can order raw tahini online...living tree community foods or rawganique.com are good sources.
