Hello everyone my name is Roman and I just saw the movie "Raw for 30 days" and have been watching other videos and doing some reading and it looks like something I may want to incorporate into my life.

I will search through this site for my answers but I have a pertinent question, where do you buy raw foods? Walmart and Krogers have limited vegetables and fruits, is there a better market? Thanks! :D

Close to Houston, I think there is a Whole Foods in south Houston, but it's almost 2 hours away. Are you in Texas too?

Roman, I am in houston too, but on the north side, but my favorite store is HEB and Fiesta..Fiesta has a great healthfood, like Bragg's products, raw honey/ agave nectar and the like and bulk section and so does HEB.
I love Whole Foods, but there are none right in my area.
How about farmers markets. We have them here and there up here, I am sure you have the same donw on the south side.

I have never been in a Fiesta, I'll stop by tonight. I have been wanting to try a raw sushi roll. I'm thinking I should need seaweed wraps, cucumber, ginger, sprouts, and something to make it creamy, any suggestions?

I need to buy a recipe book, what's your favorite?
