Raw Vegan Food in Santiago, Chile?

I'm in Santiago Chile singing in a hotel for 3 months and I'm wondering if there are any restaurants where I can find raw vegan food here. Anyone know of any?

I think that your best bet is to go to one of these and ask them to do a raw meal for you.
They would be more understanding than a regular restaurant.

At least I speak Spanish! :) I've been doing pretty well with the food on the hotel where I'm living & singing. Was also hoping to get out and see more of the green & local side of Santiago. This looks like a good way to go. Thanks again!
