Hey I'm Gelfling
And I am sooo excited about the raw food diet
I am a type 1 diabetoc and I was diagnosed 2 years ago straight away I was inject insulin and I felt chained. Now I am going for the Cure in August - living in a yurt for 30 days and eating only raw food!
Because I only have one fragile kidney we are doinging the diet changes in stages as we don't want to overload it so today is a special day in our house - S DAY -today is our last day of sugar!!

This is especially exciting as My friends are filming it and have NHS help too so might be a real break thorugh for diabetes and raw food - fingers crossed
