I've been given some purple corn flour but have no idea what to do with it. Can someone tell me what I use it for?

Unless it's raw AND not GMO(MOST corn is), kitty litter perhaps.:(

Purple corn is very unlikely to be GMO at the moment, it's usually and ancient strain.
I have some raw purple corn powder in my fridge, I bought it ages ago and used it a little for colouring in foods, but now I simply use it up in my smoothies, 1 teaspoon at a time.
I won't buy it again, it was just to see what it was like.

Maybe try making some sort of chip or tortilla with it if you have a dehydrator. You could use it in a recipe that calls for corn and involves being blended. You could add liquid and blend with some vegetables or something and then dehydrate into a tortilla or chips. Experiment with it :)
