Today went like this:
breakfast - grapefruit
lunch - meatloaf w/ bbq sauce
after lunch - green smoothie w/ lots of good stuff
after after lunch - more meatloaf
woof. I'm stuffed.

yes, we did..now on to the next one.
B-super good green smoothie= 5 leaves kale, 2 really ripe pears and 1 banana..wow.
L-1 lbs strawberries, 1 unripe banana (yuck) and some walnuts
Dinner-coleslaw with avocado mayo and brownies....yumm-o.

Looking back on this month for me there were around 20 days of eating completely raw except for little things like tablespoons of maple syrup and sometimes tablespoons of salad dressing. The rest of the days had something more cooked in them.
What I have noticed though even for the 20 days.
I lost 7 pounds
In the mornings waking up my eyes were wide open (what I am noticing now is that they seem a little swollen in the mornings as well as my fingers :))
My digestive system feels better
Energy-wise I feel about the same, except in the last 3 mornings and I do feel this is because the last 3 evening meals were cooked and eaten later than usual. Last night I had a slice of pizza, it tasted like a piece of cardboard to me but I still ate it! I feel it still in the middle of my stomache this morning.
So so so... I am contuining.....I have noticed the little blogs here too and might begin one as well.

So funny you wrote that..I have been tempted to eat something cooked, but to be honest I am scared to..I detest more than anybody else to feel sick to my stomach and therefor I have not taken the plunge and had something cooked..which is good..
