Sorry for all the topics of Late, but my dad and I are going shopping tonight or sometime this week, Should I convince him to go to Produce Town? its a big produce place, which is awesome.


What should I Buy tonight?

Im gonna get Onions, Garlic, Fresh Fruit and Veggies of course, but I dont know what else...I really REALLY Want to make Raw Salsa or some sort of Tomato Salad..as I LOVE Tomatoes...le drool..

If he's willing to take you, I don't see why not. I would go if you get the chance, and just look at all the beautiful produce...see what catches your eye. Berries, nectarines, apples? I love produce shopping! Sounds like a great store.

Im sure you'd love it, its basically all produce, with very little meat...

I think im going through Detox, Im getting a small headache, but a big BIG Sign right now is that my Urine is no longer Dark Yellow and it doesnt stink, its clear, for once in like...1 year Lol, im loving this!

I live with my dad right now, so Ill make him take me, and I love you guys and I love this site ! Man, ive been missing out

Oh God, is it ever, Ive had 3 Raw Smoothies today and I have another in the fridge lol, im hooked on these <3!

There's heaps you might want to buy, for me, my salsa consists of tomatoes, spring or salad inions, basil and/or parsley a pinch of altand som cod pressed oil, pulse in food processor.

I'm developing a handbook for my raw courses and have justv started on the skeleton of the shopping list (got more to add but only started writing that bit at 4.30am this morning.

Coconuts (young thai and mature)
