I want to go to a Raw Food Chocolate potluck, but have no idea what to bring.. I don't want to bring pudding, shake, or fudge balls, which are the only chocolate things I regularly make. Has anyone made anything relatively simple and super yummy lately that you'd like to share?
Thanks in advance - you guys Rawk! :-)

Oh I know! There is a recipe somewhere on here for the most AMAZING chocolate pie. It's made with cacao powder and avocados. I mean, it's absolutely fantastic. I made one yesterday and it's already gone. :p
Let me do a search to see if I can find it for you!

Okay, I can't find it, but I think I remember it.
Chocolate Pie
In food processor, mix 1.5 c. dates and 2 c. walnuts until moist. Spread into a pie pan for crust.
In food processor, mix 1/2 cacao or carob powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 ripe avocados, 1/2 c. agave, and 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Process until smooth. Pour into pie crust evenly. Chill.
So.so.so.so.so.soooo yummy.
If you're making it for SAD eaters, I might suggest adding a tad more agave, maybe to make it a bit closer to the level of sweetness to which they are accustomed.

On my blog, back around the holidays, you will find a link for chocolate pecan pie that is amazingly out of this world delicious. I am making it again for Easter.

I've been meaning to try this chocolate fondue:
6 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 cup Agave
1/8 tsp. Himalayan salt
Pinch of Cayenne
In a large bowl fill with very warm water.... Place Coconut oil in smaller bowl and place in larger bowl to melt. Be careful not to put too much water in which may overflow into coconut oil. Once melted mix with other ingredients. That's it! you are done. Just be sure not to refrigerate. Safe to leave at room temp for a week or two.
Serve with strawberries, bananas, pineapple, etc.
