Im trying to make a green smoothie, but i dont want to mess up on my first one, I bought some frozen Fruit yesterday, Frozen Fruit Salad(Just fruit nothing else) It has Peaches, Pineapple, Honey Do Melon, Strawberries and another fruit, and i bought some frozen strawberries.
I Also Have Apples (Red Delicious) and Oranges, and for Veggies, I Bought Swiss Chard and Kale...
What/How should I Make a green smoothie?

I always put kale or spinach, sometimes collard greens, as my base..the green..they I add frozen blueberries or mixed berries..a banana for creaminess and off it goes. I never tried the fuitsalad mix, but that sounds delicious.
Make sure the frozen fruit you got is with no added sugar (if that is a concern of yours)
So 5-7 leaves of kale, 1 banana and about a cup of frozen or fesh berries.

I make mine with a banana or two, berries, and a handful of spinach. More greens is better, but I would increase slowly if I were you. You can sweeten them with honey--I do that when I make them for my kids. Sometimes I add other fruit in addition to the bananas and berries, depending on what I have on hand and what I need to use up.

You Guys and Gals here make me so happy =D, I love this Forum, There is No Sugar added, I dont like a lot of sugar anyways, =D, Thanks for the quick Response, makes me feel really welcomed..I had my First Vegetarian Meal Last night, its gonna be a struggle, Family and I Went to East Side Marios, and I got Water instead of Pop like i usually do and I got Cheese Capeletti...Hrm, all this raw food looks and seems amazing...=D

So glad it turned out good.
Detox is something your body goes through to clean out old junk from your body, like headaches, break outs on your face, mild nausea, body odor, or other things. It might come as you get into this or it might not. I had very mild detox symptoms.

Ahh Alright, So the More Raw I eat the more Junk i get rid of body wise? Alrighty =D!! thank you again :D
