I made some raw almond butter cookies. They are flavorful, but a little dry. I'm taking them to a pot luck tonight. Does anyone have any ideas on an icing or something I could drizzle on top of them to make them a little more moist? I'm thinking a raw chocolate icing, but I'm really open to any suggestions. :)

if you use raw honey or agave, coconut oil, and cocoa powder, it should stay as a kind of icing and not go hard.....or it might go slightly hard but not like chocolate, depending on how much coconut oil you use....
This sounds like Tenuho's post - but I had this in my file from this site:

OK I FINALLY made RP's brownies and was inspired by Rawks to try to make a "Store Bought" frosting. It came out tasting JUST like the kind in a tub.
RP recipe is hands down the most authentic "cooked like" recipe i have made for sweets! It is so good it could ONLY have been developed by a Priestess!!
I only made a tiny amount as I was experimenting:
Store Bought Frosting - eachpeachpearplum
1T. coconut butter
1T. cocoa
few grains sea salt
squirt agave
few drops vanilla
I mixed this in a small bowl with a spoon but I am sure you could make a big batch and it would last till the next ice age. I recommend chilling once you have used it - I like the texture this way. . .yum!
