mango, banana and strawberries
cacao/banana smoothie with coconut butter/almond milk
one romaine wrap filled with cabbage, daikon, cucumber, carrot
a bit of trilogy kombucha
1/2 a cantaloupe
bean salad (some cooked beans whoops)

Hello all :)
This will be day 2 for me and on April 1st I will continue for the month proper.
I am so happy to have found my way back already I feel lighter, even with the detox!

Hi all, hope you are enjoying your sunday.
B-Green smoothie- a whole bunch kale, 2 bananas and a 1 c of frozen berries (no sugar added)..shared it with my hubby.
L-huge salad=romaine, spinach, radishes, beet, yellow bellpepps with peanut sauce ontop..
D-Alissa's Pad Thai....
Today so far:
Breakfast - Carrot Cake (still kinda too mushy for me, but I guess that's good since I would have devoured it otherwise)
2nd Breakfast - Smoothie w/ kale, banana, orange, frozen cherries, maca, ground flax, and green supplement
Lunch - made two kinds of sushi: nori, cauliflower, carrot, avocado, and sprouts, eaten with sliced fresh ginger and dipped in Braggs (delicious!!!); and also tried Alissa's sweet nori roll with apple, avocado, sprouts, and honey. (Didn't like this one very much, won't make again.)
Not sure what the rest of the day will bring yet...
*** I'm back... and I just keep eating today!!!
Had more Carrot Cake. 3 Pickles. And am about to make some Creamy Tomato Soup.
Today has been a day of food. I feel like I'm constantly eating!
*** back, again...
Just made coconut milk with a young coconut. I think I'm going to fall over it's so delicious.
