Where is everyone?

Well, alright. I guess I will post what I ate today:

Go Raw snack flax "banana bread" cracker

2 oranges

Mock salmon pate on top of greens with EVO & lemon

A super-large and super-delicious smoothie with 6 bananas, 4 TB cacao, 2 TB dried coconut, 1 cup almonds, water and ice. And that filled me up for the rest of the day/night!

Sorry I am late..busy day yesterday..but I ate good :)

B-Green smothie=spinach, strawberries, clementines and banana
S-clementine, banana and apple
L-some more fruit and handful of nuts
S-small veggie burger with bun and sliced tomatoes..yum.
D-huge, I mean huge serving of Coleslaw wrapped in lettuce with green onions, tomatoes and avocado mayo...
dessert-bowl of froxen blueberries and some clementines..

well, i hope this isn't against any rules but i've decided to join now! i don't want to wait until the first of the month.

no particular order:
4 bananas

1 mango

1 apple

cashew cookie lara bar

large salad with romaine hearts, baby romaine, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 avocado, basil lime dressing (dulse, olive oil, sea salt, fresh lime juice, basil)

warm mint tea

strawberries

many coconut-lime cookies (from one of sarma's books, delicious)
