I am 100% raw..except for the nuts!! I need the protein, so I reach for the nut bowl at the office.. AM I really doing that much damage?? Other protein suggestions?? HELP!

Nuts are wonderful, just buy raw ones, they are so much tastier than the dry salty ones most people have available.
Protien doesn't come from protien, protien comes from amino acids, and the highest form of amino acids is dark green leafy veggies. Like spinach, kale, collard green, dandelion greens, etc.
nuts, are mostly fats.
