Hello fellow rawbies,

How long do you think fresh juiced apple juice will last in the fridge? Would like to make a pitcher full, but am wondering how long it will last. It would be finished within a day; that should work out ok, right?

Thanks alot!

Christine

That may depend on what type of juicer you are using. If it's a Green Life/Green Power or one of those type I'd say a definite "yes". A Champion would be iffy. All the others, maybe.

I'd say apple juice will last as long as it isn't dark in color, the darkness is the oxidation.

Although it is probably fine, I like my juice right out of the juicer.

I guess this means I have a lot to learn. From my reading I thought you are to consume fresh juice within 15 min of making it.

Somebody please help me on this. Does this mean I can put it in the fridge now?

you are confusing usability with optimum benefit. Yes you can store it. No it will not be as good.
