Good Morning=)

Basenjimamma, the baba ghanoush recipe is from rawmazing dot com. You peel and freeze the eggplant to give it a cooked texture, and it does! I also salted and pressed it, like I would for any cooked recipe, then rinsed and froze it. It was wonderful.

So..I have no food plans at all, I guess I should make some..

B-buttered pecan like ice cream
L-cucumber spanish rice casserole
S-cashews
D-salad
S-strawberries & cream

Have fun today=) I am very proud of you guys for still being here=)

D-got burgers and buns in Sir Excellence so I am living to try those...;)

mmmmm, buttered pecan ice cream for breakfast! Gotta love raw foods... :)

And, yeah Zuri, I have been wondering the same thing. It seemed like there was a whole bunch of people who were in on this 30 Day Challenge. Maybe they just aren't posting? At times I think I spend too much time here, but I like the ability to be part of a "group" challenge, and keep a record here of what I eat throughout the days.

Speaking of which... today so far has gone like this:

Late Breakfast (at 2 pm!) - green smoothie - mixed salad greens, bananas, water, ice cubes, ground flax, green supplement. Not very tasty. I'm low on fruit and good stuff.

Snack - 3 raw mushrooms stuffed with leftover pesto sauce (hurt my belly later though)

Lunch - guacamole scooped up with celery (a staple!)

Snack - two dates

Dinner - apple with almond butter
