SPIDER VEINS
I have spider veins that just keep getting worse. I'm only 21 geesh! I'm not even overweight or anything. I don't want to result into laser treatment or schlrotherapy? I would really like to see if there is any food or vitamins or something that can help get rid of it or make it better, i want to be as healthy as possible and i don't think this is healthy
Thanks!!

Hi Wendy,
Anything that improves circulation will help. I'm also 21 and have the same condition, it runs in my family and is caused by weak circulation which leaves blood pooled in the extremities. I also have very low blood pressure which contributes to the problem. In other words, gravity is your enemy on this one. If you look up superfoods and vitamins that aid circulation you may get a few ideas, but I would also recommend exercise. Strengthen your cardiovascular system as a whole. I definitely notice the appearance of my veins diminishing when I'm 100% raw and getting in regular workouts.
Good luck :)

Some of the lighter spider veins on the back of my lower legs have faded away since going raw. One larger patch is more stubborn, but it is also fading. I credit the nutrients in raw food for making my vascular system stronger. :) btw: I'm old enough to be your grandmother. If it works for me, chances are good it will work for you, too. :)

I concur with loveiselectric, you may want to add hydrotherapy, hot and cold showers as well.

Extract from the Japanese pagoda tree is amongst the finest herbal supplements available for spider vein treatment and since the 1960's has been very successful. This supplement is able to enhance capillary and vein stability, reduces inflammation and increases blood circulation in order to decrease blood pooling in the lower leg veins.
Another excellent herbal supplement is horse chestnut extract (seed extract from horse chestnut fruit). This extract is able to repair minor leakages in small veins, strengthens the vein's walls, increases the veins elasticity and prevents general swelling. Over the years the use of this supplement has helped stop the occurrence of new spider veins and also to diminish their appearance.

I've never heard of an extract from the Japannese pagoda tree.
Where do you get it?
I take horse chestnut and my blood still pools at the ankle and stays there for hours.
Thanks'

I did an extensive research and have discovered a high quality spider vein cream that have had success with. This product is called K-Dermis and it contains the maximum amount of Vitamin K, which has been shown to help significantly reduce spider veins.
