Hello all,
My name is Dave and im 23 years old and today is my first day on the raw food diet/lifestyle. Im a little overwhelmed mostly with all the good foods and different ways to prepare them. I already love the site and can't wait to get this started!

Welcome. Don't be overwhelmed. You will come to know that the longer you are raw, you will not want all those complex recipes so much.
