Another day of peace with my body..

B-huge smooth green smoothie in my new vitamix...
s-fruits
L-salad with zucchini hummus
s-more fruit and a handful of nuts
D-huge spinach salad, with chopped asparagus, basil, cilantro and a big dollop of zucchini hummus..was craving something really green..it ended up being all green..:)

also made some banana/cocoa icecream, with a few pecans and some coconut flakes..

Tired today. Dreamed of eating certain indulgent cooked foods last night, including steak, which I rarely used to eat.

Staying raw though. I seem to eat a lot between the hours of 1-5 pm.

Breakfast:
Carrot ginger juice
Several handfuls of sprouted pumpkin seeds

Lunch (spread out over hours): green smoothie - collard greens, bananas, mango, dried coconut, water, frozen mango, ground flax, and green supplement

Apple with almond butter

Tomato-pesto soup (an experiment)

a couple of dates

Dinner: probably going to whip up something in the vitamix. I know I should be eating more greens. And definitely less salt, but am going to go easy on myself right now... I figure, as long as I keep it raw... I can hone my diet when I'm ready.
