Another rawsome day!

Today started so good...my Vitamix arrived last night so the smoothie I made this morning was so smooth..wow, no comparison..I am sold..Vitamix ( or any highpowered blender) is the way to go if you want to live this lifestyle longterm.
B-Green Smoothie= collard greens, 1 c pineapple, 1 banana, 3/4 c blueberries
L-I think a huge salad, and I added zucchini hyummus to it..yum
S-3 clementines, 2 bananas, some prunes and a handful of nuts
D-Salad with more hummus..yum

Today, I will probably eat..
-baba ghanoush w/celery
-corn casserole w/ avacado
That house wasn't good enough for my husband..nothing wrong with this one, just not good enough. I tell you, this is really affecting me.=/

I understand the husband thing..mine is the same way..we have looked for a few months now, I have officially given up and is hoping he finds it for us...
I really want to move further out for a few reasons, schools..(my daughter is in a private shool, Classical Christian Schooling, love it, but way to much money..I am not homeschool material..or at least that is what I think), want more yard/land, we have pet chickens and 4 dogs and a cat and.....and, peace and quiet of country..so nice..one day it will happen.
Your baba ghanoush, do you have a recipe? I am craving that smokey taste baba ghanoush has from the Jordanian restaurant we frequent...On that note, I am making zucchini hummus today..yum.

For breakfast I had 2 apples and 2 bananas with walnuts and a bit of chocolate sauce.
I made a smoothie for my mid-morning snack, but still working on drinking it!
For lunch, after my workout, I'm having a bowl of guacamole with broccoli, cauliflower, celery and carrots.
Dinner is going to be a taco salad, no meat this time. Just rawritos, veggies, and cheese sauce.
I plan to squeeze in some more fruit and some cinnamon rolls that are in the D right now.
I know this is a lot of fat, but I'm struggling right now, so I'm doing what I can to stay raw. I know that after a few days, everything will even out and I'll be eating less fat. At this point, I'm so weak.....but so determined, so I'm just eating all of my favorites.....which happen to be fat-filled!

Today so far:
Breakfast: Green Smoothie - collard greens, bananas, orange, frozen mango, ground flax, green supplement (especially delicious today for some reason)
Snack: couple handfuls of sprouted pumpkin seeds
Lunch: big bowl of Tomato Soup (used the left over marinara sauce from last night for a base)
Dinner: yet to be eaten... I'm thinking most likely something simple like an orange... and maybe something sweet like a banana-cacao shake.

This day I had,
handfull of raisins
a banana, coconut water, coconut meat and a litte cacao smoothie
A whole blender smoothie of a banana, assorted fruits, orangejuice, water, and 7 cubes of spinach. (I used frozen spinach that come in cubes, I was reading the package to see how much a cube of spinach equalled, I guess it at 1/4 cup.
another handful of raisins
and I am going to have a handful of macadamia nuts now and watch a little t.v.
