I am really proud of myself. Romeo and I went food shopping today and I was about to buy my favourite sweet william's chocolate. But I put it back in the shelf, thinking if I eat that now, I'll stop eating raw entirely. Also he tried to tempt me with his tofu, mushroom risotto (out-of-this-world-good, but feeling fit and healthy is even better!). Only a few more days to go. I know I can do it!!
Breakkie-green smoothie (I ran out of cinnamon and had no "raw sweetener" - yuck)
Lunch- pumpkin soup... or an attempt of pumpkin soup. my blender died half way in the process, so the soup was rather... chunky.My original plan was to make a cream for the soup out of the fresh coconut I bought - but as the blender died I just added some grapes. I def not going to make this again.
Dinner- SUSHI soooo goood!!!! 2 seaweed sheets, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, capsicum, sesame seed and avocado
dessert - mashed banana with cinnamon (my favourite, though cinnamon is probably not really raw)
snacks during the day: 1 orange, 1 apple, a handful of grapes, some watermelon, and some semi sun-dried tomatoes (fat free), a small bit of coconut flesh.
That's it. Total of 6 fruits today.
No sport today, I am still a bit sore from yesterday! Only two weeks till holiday in thailand - yay!

Wow Karina, it sounds like you made some disgusting food yesterday!haha=) I wish you better luck today!=)
Today-(sink is stopped up so I'm not getting any dishes dirty until it's fixed, incuding the blender=/)
-tea and honey
-Jason's deli salad bar
(organic mixed greens, romaine, tomatoes, cukes, red onion, yellow bell, red bell, alfalfa, olives, walnut-pumpkin seed-raisin-currant mix, olive oil)
2 sides of avacado
dinner depends so much on if the sink is fixed.If not--
(greeneaf, tomato, avacado, corn, serrano chiles, chile powder, cumin, garlic, lime etc)
Hope you have a good 2nd day of spring=)

I am back from our weekend getaway..had a wonderful 10 yr anniversary to the coast..Did really well on raw, stayed 100% with lots of fruit and nuts, had some salads too. Tomorrow I get my Vitamix..I hope, it is on its way..jippea.
B- fruits, lots.
S-more fruit, some nuts
L-salad with one whole avocado and 1 banana
D-huge salad, with cilantro, onion, tomatoes and olive oil and acv sprinkled on top.
See y'all in the morning..
Ate a LOT of food today! I am so full right now. Too full. woof.
Breakfast - several pesto mushrooms
Lunch - several apricot-cinnamon cookies and an orange
Dinner - Five (yes, five) carrot-pecan burgers topped with curry sauce. 10-12 pesto mushrooms, sliced cucumber & salt, small salad of greens & sprouts, followed by a healthy slice of banana-coconut pie.
My goodness. I need bed!
