I just wanted to share my weight loss with you today :).
I've been raw for the last couple of days (...5? days maybe, I am not counting, sorry for just bumping into your 30 day plan), and today the scale smiled a 64.8 at me. Nice. I am usually around 66kg. So no massive weight loss, but I haven't seen the 64 for a long time - plus I love the fact that I lost that stubborn kilo without any hunger. Happy :p!

Breakfast: small mug of green smoothie, apple
Went to a session of "body attack" - and survived. I like to think that this is a result of raw goodness!
Lunch: Large salad with orange pieces and creamy tahini dressing
Afternoon snack lots of fruit: 2 bananas, 1 apple, 1 plum, 1 grapefruit. 2 small handful of almonds (not soaked...)

I forgot to go to the markets today, so I am just about to look up some cheap recipes for the next days.

Not sure about dinner tonight. "sushi" sounds good.
edit: the supermarket closed right in front of me, so I kind of hand to improvise. Started with an apple, and a banana, but made a zucchini pasta salad later as well.


I am a bit shocked that I actually ate 10 pieces of fruit today.... Is that normal/ok??

Day 20?

Wow.

Breakfast - Smoothie: heirloom lettuce, parsley, banana, orange, frozen acai (not technically raw, but it's a Saturday treat), frozen peaches, ground flax, and green supplement.

Lunch - a couple of pickles

Dinner - little bit of salad, several not-quite-done pesto mushrooms from the dehydrator, and little bits of nuts, dates, etc. here and there as I prepped some recipes

Dessert - about to dive into some Banana Coconut Pie!!! :D

yum -pesto mushrooms sound good! I have a craving for steamed soy mushrooms since yesterday. I wish I would have a dehydrator.
