Good morning all and Happy St Patricks Day..

Today is going to be a green day for me..I say that and yet I started the morning with fruit salad, not green smoothie..oh well.

B-fruitsalad
S-green smoothie
L-salad with lots of veggies added
S-?
D- will be cole slaw and green lemon pudding for dessert.

Have a healthy day, have a raw day..

thats so cute Basenjimamma, :) to eat all green on St. Patricks Day.

I had a smoothie that was not all green this morning but I think to eat all greens now for the rest of the day:)

Just checking in ... been dealing with a bunch of stuff and not a lot of time to get online...

An orange
A green smoothie (banana, orange, strawberries, spinach)

I'm not real hungry ... I'm more mentally busy right now than physically busy and I notice that my body tells me to eat when I need to versus eating just cause I think I should. I know I'll have a large green salad tonight like I usually do maybe with some pumpkin seeds, but before that - maybe a banana or orange ... I have some apples and plums and pineapple too but I'm not feeling those right now.

just checking in with the daily food log.

Breakfast - smoothie: banana, mango, orange, dandelion greens, maca, ground flax seed, green supplement

Lunch - made Alissa's crab cake recipe and ate it as a pate on a salad consisting of heirloom lettuce, tomato, sprouts and carrots, along with a little left over dill dressing and a bit of additional olive oil. Pretty tasty, but the pate was a little too nutty. Plus, I left out the kelp and dulse flakes, so it didn't taste to crabby. Probably won't make it again... or if I do, I'll try it in the dehydrator. Ate a LOT.

Dinner - mango

Late night snack - herbal tea (not raw) and half an orange
