Okay, so I'm new here, and sort of new to the raw food diet in general. I've been taking classes on cooking various raw foods though for the past few weeks and have finally decided I have enough knowledge of the diet to give it a try. (I may not be 100% raw, seeing as I use somethings which are not completely raw, such as today I used oats, in the raw oatmeal I made, which are rarely ever "raw")
To start the day I made some oatmeal with quinoa (which I soaked overnight) and oats, as well as a bit of honey which is raw. :) a pretty good start I'd say except for the oats.
And i also absolutely love kale chips, though i'm pretty horrible at making them.
That's about it, eating raw day one has officially started!
