Hey All... It's the Ides of the Monthly Raw Challenge!

So far, so wonderful.

Today looked a little like this:

Breakfast: small tangerine (eh, kinda tart)

Lunch: Green Smoothie - Dandelion greens, pineapple, banana, frozen peaches, maca (almost out, so will lay off for a while), ground flax, and green supplement

Snack: Couple of left-over strawberry crepes

Dinner: Salad - Mixed Heirloom Lettuce, tomato, sprouts; topped with Alissa's Dill dressing (I so love her dressings. Every one thus far has been a winner)

Dessert: Polished off the strawberry crepes

Woof. I'm full. But overall feeling great. A little blue due to missing the sun, but hanging in there for spring to really emerge.
