Anyone use Pu-Erh Tea? If so, can you share your experience (results) with using it?
I love sun tea and recently learned of Pu-Erh (aka Bol Lay) tea as a good tea for digestion/bloating and aiding weight loss. When I searched old posts here for information, I found a 2008 post where someone gave the link to Andao Tea Company, where raw Pu-Erh can be purchased. Would like feedback from anyone who has used PuErh, if possible, before I purchase it.
