Raw in missouri

I have been vegan for 3 years and now I making the transition to raw. I have started with a few raw foods here and there, but now I am wanting to dive in. It is really intimidating because i still have a lot to learn, but i am looking foreword to the future benefits.

Be sure and get Alissa's book and DVD.....they will help you jump in. They really will give you all the in's and out's of eating raw and living foods. You just can't help but want to eat more raw foods after reading her book. Welcome to the forum.
