hello my knowledgeable friends!
For one month now Ive been currently taking wheatgrass first thing in the morning followed by some oatmeal mixed with spirulina a half hour later. (its been 3 weeks on spirulina)couple hours later im taking maca root.(maca root Ive been taking about 1 week)
question: is it necessary to spread all my super foods apart or can i combine all 3 first thing in the morning?
2ND scenario
Ive recently stopped juicing vegetables due to my consumption of organic outdoor grown wheat-grass(dynamic greens). the veggies I did consume before were not organic. I juiced for about 2 years now and have noticed breaking out reaction when stopped.
Q#2 could this be the pesticides leaving my body?
now im gonna be greedy and ask one last question. selfish me.

im taking about 2 teaspoons of spirulina manna. is this a desirable dosage strength? Ive tried 3-4 but i looked like I came back from Hawaii..my skin was pretty tanned..
