Breakfast: Green Smoothie - 2 Bananas, 2 Tbsp Hemp Protein, 1 cup Baby Spinach (4am)
Snack: Green Juice - 3 stalks celery, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 2 leaves Swiss chard, 4 carrots, 1/2 bulb fennel (6am)
Lunch:
Snack:
Dinner:

Water: 25oz

High Raw Day 28 for me. Woot! We've got a Tall Ladies unite team!! ;)

Okay I've decided I just can't eat whatever I like, yes I can eat whenever I'd like...okay I can do that. I have been meal planning for the past year, it lets me know how much to spend & what I am spending & how much I am eating. All I do is copy & paste my meals over here. :) Plus if it's not *planned* I tend to binge..easier, so I am still working on things. :) If I throw in cukes, or celery, or grapes, no prob!

1.25 Liters of Water
BREAKFAST: 3 Cups of Spinach + 3 nana’s Frozen + 1 Frozen kiwi + 1/2 Cup of Water + 1/2 Avo + 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
SNACK: 1 handful of Green Grapes + 11 Lrg Strawberries
LUNCH:nothing not hungry, in pain
SNACK: 1 mango
SUPPER:Smoothie 1 Cup of Blueberries + 1 small Froz nana + 1/4 Cup of water + 1/2 Mango + 3 Cups of Spinach (YUCKY!!)
SNACK:1 handful of Green Grapes + 1/2 Mango + 1 Pear

I still am in quite the stage where I cannot seem to hack to much *Greens* in my smoothies...I usually use kiwi's to Cut the earthiness.

Today, sunday..

B-huge green smoothie=huge handful kale, 1 banana, 2c blueberries, 1 tbsp flaxseed..delish..no spirulina today, wanted the yummy taste of no good stuff..:)
S-apple
L- 2 banana, 1/2 blueberries and handful of nuts
S-
D- will be a cabbage slaw , as I am making one for the family..


High Raw Day 28 for me. Woot! We've got a Tall Ladies unite team!!



This is my 28th day 100% raw as well...awesome, and yes tall ladies team...

Hello=)

Today is like a cooking school "mystery box" competition, where you are given a small amount of weird ingredients and make a meal of them.

Okay, here goes..
-banana & frozen blueberry smoothie (no greens at the moment)
-leftover zucchini noodles
-pre-segmented oranges for the road
-3 yellow bell peppers sliced thin like noodles, softened in dehydrator w/?

That will totally deplete me, so I have to go to the store today.=)

I'm glad you guys are still here with me=)

hello all :)

Today thus far I've only had a couple of strawberry crepes. Pretty good. Filling! And I have a lot left over. (I have to remember to half Alissa's recipes, as I usually cannot eat it all or rely on my husband to help eat it, apparently.)

I'm thinking about whipping up some quick guacamole and eating with some celery for dinner. Though not really hungry. Drinking water with lemon, feel a slight headache coming on. (Seems to be common nowadays, particularly in the evening. hmmmph.)
