High Raw Day 27 for me. Trying to slowly plan meals less, & eat whenever I want, just not always comfort foods. Body is feeling better. The whites of my eyes are coming back around, from glossy dark to white again. Basically I binged on SAD twice due to emotional stress & became quite ill. Body can no longer deal with cooked foods, is my guess.

Thanks for the well wishes & support. :o

Snack this morning:1 Handful of green grapes + 1/2 Cuke + 1 naner
1.5 Liters of Water
BREAKFAST:6 Cups of Spinach + 2 froz Bananas + 2 Gala Apples + 1 Cup of Cukes + 1 Cups of Water + 2 kiwi’s+ 1 Cups of ice
1 Handful of green grapes + 1/2 Cuke + 1 naner + 1 mango
SNACK: a handful of grapes
LUNCH: 1 Red Grape fruit + 1/2 Cuke + 2 Cups of Baby Corn + 1/2 tsp of Mexican Chili Powder + a sprinkle of Oregano & Onion Powder
SNACK: 3 Dates
SUPPER: 2 Cups of Rutabagas + a bit of sweet onion
SNACK: 1 handful of red grapes

March 13 - Day 1:

Hello!
I'm new, but I think I'll just jump right in (as I've been succeeding in my raw food endeavor for about a month and a half thus far).

I started my morning out with a celery and carrot juice (the refrigerator is running pretty low on veggies this morning).

For breakfast I had a blueberry smoothie with raw cocoa and 2 Tbsp coconut oil. Perhaps that's a bit too much fat, but I have a bmi of 16.7 so I'm trying, rather unsuccessfully, to put on a bit of weight.

I'll probably have another green juice (something with more leafy greens) about mid morning and a salad for lunch because I'll be eating out with my boyfriend.

And lastly, I'm thinking I'll make a raw cauliflower chowder or stuffed red bell peppers for dinner, but I'm normally too lazy to make the actual meal so I'll probably just wind up eating another salad. =}

(I'm sorry to hear you're feeling ill Raw'N -- hope things get better soon!<3)

Today..
B-giant green smoothie= 1 1/2 c blueberries, 1 banana, three leaves of kale, spirulina, lecithin and flaxseed.

Oo those sound good! Will you take pics & post for us or in your albums? Basenjimama, we're the same height. :D Yes, I am female. How do you like the Spirulina & Lecithin? I know the lecithin is used for thickening & I need to buy some Spirulina, I still have yet to check out their prices.

I thought I had posted..=)

Today--so far
cashews
honey in tea
a glass../blush... of cheese sauce (cashews, red bells, serrano, water salt)
cheesy corn, cukes, bells, tomato casserole


I've got zucchini noodles marinating--gonna try something like a thai peanut sauce with them & cilantro.

I'm trying to stay home and clean today..but here I am..eating and playing RFT..gotta go!=)

Raw.n.it.out and Thick..I am more like 5'12" but it is easier to say 6'..hahaha.
It is hard to be tall in this country..no clothes fit right..

The banana nut cookies turned out divine..but so thought my podengo..he ate all but 4..damn dog.., the rosemary crackers are "uncooking" but tasted them and they are good as well..no corn chips yet, too much on my plate (!!) today..

The Spirulina and lecithin..eek, leaves a weird taste in my smoothies, but I am doing it because I know it is good for me..I will learn to like it..and it makes things really green..hmm.

I have zucchini noodles, drizzled in olive oil, grape tomatoes and a few mushrooms uncooking in Sir Excellence right now as well..dinner bell is about to ring and it is looking good.

Raw.n.it.out..glad to hear that you are feeling better..I can tell in your "voice"..:)

Today I found myself having a smoothie again, with kale

A handfull of nuts

Some seaweed crackers

Mango, a banana and half of a red pepper sandwich

Tomorrow I am going to a store that is full of health food and I am really looking forward to this :) I am going to pick up a ton of celery and apples and carrots and beets.

Snack - couple handfuls walnuts & dates

Dinner - lettuce & guacamole

Not especially hungry yesterday.
