L-pineapple, strawberries, coconut flakes, cinnamon and cardemom..
1 thinly sliced cinnamon roll..yum
rest of the day
D-salad, some more mushrooms.
Be healthy, be happy, be raw.
*waves hi to everyone*
I feel like I ate a lot today, as I feel like I was eating every few hours or so.
Breaking it down:
Breakfast - Smoothie: kale, banana, cacao, maca, frozen cherries, green supplement (pretty tasty, I rarely use cacao but was feeling indulgent)
Rest of the day was real snacky:
Several handfuls of cashews,
1/2 Apple and several dates,
A few pieces of currently dehydrating goodies - kale & sweet potato chips,
Creamy tomato soup
Sprouted pumpkin seeds
A few flax crackers
and maybe more I'm forgetting right now
3+ liters of water with lemon
hmmmmm... in looking at this I feel like I need to eat more greens. Guess I need to take yet another trip to the store, as I don't have any in the house.

Smoothie of a banana, spinach, assorted fruit, ojuice, water, coconut oil :)
I was near a juice bar so I had an ounce of wheat grass juice
A few bananas
Handfull of macadamia nuts
A RED PEPPER SANDWICH!
I took a picture of this, it was beautiful, and wanted to insert it here, when I tried to, it asks for a url, and realized images have to be on another site other than my computer.
I did have 2 other things that were not raw, little things that were looking at me with those type of puppy dog eyes that I have no will power over :) and I am embarrassed about to post :) They did though make me break out into a sweat a little while after eating them, like my system just wanted to get rid of it, so no more.
I am also going to start using Kale in my smoothies as well.
