Did I miss the thread for this? I'm confused! :)

I figured I'd start one... today is Day 10, yes?

Being raw is getting easier and easier. So happy to have both a VitaMix and dehydrator, I have a feeling they'll enable me to keep at it for the long haul.

So... today went a little like this:

Breakfast - Smoothie: romaine, spinach, orange, banana, frozen peaches, maca, and green supplement

Lunch - Apple with almond butter, yum

Dinner - out to eat with my husband and one of his clients. It wasn't hard being raw at all, though I wasn't thrilled with my salad. Basically: mixed greens, a few slivers of onion (that I had to chase all around the plate) and tomato. Also included olives & artichokes, but I tried to avoid those. What I did eat that was not raw was: 1 sip of my husband's wine, 1 bite of his dessert, 2 olives, and a little bit of balsamic dressing.

Dessert: 5 Dates

Another headache tonight. Drinking lots of water with lemon, trying to chase it away.

.... where is everybody? :confused:

No, looks like no one started it...sorry guys sooo sick last night & this evening. :( Really quite ill.

Looks like you did well Joya.

I may not be posting for some time, as I may end up at the hospital, I am just unsure at this time.

So for everyone else, stay Raw & keep strong! Much Love <3

Day 10 I had

A huge (full blender) smoothie, banana, assorted fruits, lots of spinach, tablespoon coconut oil, orange juice, water
The meat of 1 and 1/2 avocadoes with lemon and a bit of sea salt
Vegetables crisps (I buy these packaged still, Two girls Cooking make them :))they are raw, organic and gluten free!
Handful of almonds that were soaked (for some reason they tasted very sweet)
A mango and about 3 other bananas

Rawn, I wonder why you are ill, and hope you feel better soon

and Joya, I hope your headache goes away soon too, water does seem to flush everything away :)

Raw.N.It.Out: Feel better soon, hopefully not too serious.

I fell off wagon yesterday and had some noodles with alfredo sauce. It was probably a good thing because it made me feel so heavy and bloated that I wanted that light feeling I get by eating raw.

Back on the wagon for day 11:)

I missed it too, but didn't know to start one..

3/10

B- green smoothie, spinach galore, banana and blueberries + some spiulina..eekk.
S-plum
L- huge salad, romain, cabbage, sprouts, bellpepps, zucchini hummus.
S-more fruit
D-Pesto stuffed mushrooms, and a salad
Dessert-prunes, also made cinnamon rolls, so tasted the filling..

rawnitout..sure hope you feel better, wishing you speady recovery..
Joya..banish those headaches..they are no fun.

My first post! I have been doing high raw since around Feb.15 but have had a few slip ups so I'm hoping recording my daily eats here will keep me motivated. :)

Day 10

B- 3 bananas
L- brown rice veggie sushi
S- 1 whole cucumber dipped (lightly!) in hummus
D- mmm my favorite new salad! Spinach w/ chopped pineapple, orange slices, avocado, cherry tomatoes, s & p with balsamic. And green grapes for dessert!
